1. FindingMEmore
FindingMEmore is a self-discovery and reflection service that may include journaling, Discoveries, Moments, check-ins, compatibility features, ME / THEM / US insights, AI-assisted reflections and related features. The service is designed to support reflection and understanding; it does not promise a particular personal, relationship, health or other outcome.
2. Eligibility and accounts
FindingMEmore is intended for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to FindingMEmore, including journal entries, Moments, Discovery responses, photos, videos, audio and other material you create or upload.
You grant FindingMEmore a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and provide the service to you, including generating personalised AI-assisted insights. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal and security retention requirements.
4. Information about other people
If you add information about another person, relationship or interaction, you must have a lawful and appropriate basis to provide it. You must not use FindingMEmore to publish, exploit, harass, impersonate or unlawfully disclose another person’s private or sensitive information.
5. AI-generated insights
Some FindingMEmore features use artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is produced from patterns in data and the information you choose to provide. It may be incomplete, incorrect, unexpected or unsuitable for your circumstances.
FindingMEmore is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial or emergency service. AI insights, Discoveries, compatibility results and reflections are informational and reflective tools only. You remain responsible for your own decisions. For professional or urgent matters, seek appropriately qualified assistance.
6. Free and Platinum services
FindingMEmore may offer free features and paid Platinum features. The features included in each plan may change over time, provided that changes are made in accordance with applicable law and app-store requirements.
7. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
If you purchase Platinum through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store processes your payment and its payment terms also apply. Prices, billing periods, taxes and any introductory offers or free trials will be shown before you confirm the purchase.
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to make the purchase. Cancelling stops future renewal but normally does not remove access for the paid period already purchased.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform through which you purchased the subscription and any rights you have under applicable consumer law. FindingMEmore does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple or Google.
8. Trials, discounts and promotional offers
We may offer trials, referral discounts, influencer or promotional codes, introductory pricing or other offers. Eligibility, duration, pricing and any restrictions will be disclosed with the relevant offer. We may change or discontinue an offer where permitted by law, but this will not affect benefits already validly granted for a current paid period unless required by law or the applicable app store.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use FindingMEmore to:
- Break the law or encourage unlawful conduct.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, defame or impersonate another person.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use or disclose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
- Introduce malware, interfere with the service or circumvent security or subscription controls.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service except where the law expressly permits it.
- Use the service to make automated high-stakes decisions about another person without appropriate human judgement and lawful authority.
10. Our intellectual property
FindingMEmore, including its software, branding, visual design, original Discoveries, prompts, text, graphics and other service materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may use the service for personal use and may share any share-card or sharing content that the service expressly makes available for sharing, subject to any displayed conditions.
11. Third-party services
FindingMEmore relies on third-party technology and platforms, which may include Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase, OpenAI and hosting or infrastructure providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or conduct that is outside our reasonable control, subject to rights you may have under applicable law.
12. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, add, remove or temporarily suspend features as FindingMEmore evolves. We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account using the in-app deletion option or by contacting zeeshan@findingmemore.com. Account deletion is separate from cancelling an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, so you should cancel the subscription through the relevant store if you also want to stop future billing.
We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, or where required by law. Where reasonably appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.
14. Disclaimers
FindingMEmore is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that any insight, compatibility result, Discovery result, prediction, summary or AI-generated response will be accurate, complete or suitable for your circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindingMEmore and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, loss of data, reliance on AI-generated content or inability to access the service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. The current version will be posted at findingmemore.com/terms with the effective date shown above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continuing to use the service after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply to you in your place of residence.
