2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use FindingMEmore, we may collect the following information:
- Account and contact information, such as your name and email address.
- Account identifiers, such as an internal user ID used to keep your account, content and subscription status connected correctly.
- Profile and self-discovery information you choose to provide, including answers to Discoveries, preferences, interests, check-ins, reflections and other profile details.

- Subscription and purchase information, such as whether you are Free or Platinum, your subscription product and entitlement status. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details when purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
- Support communications, if you contact us for help or send feedback.
Because some FindingMEmore features allow free-form text, you may voluntarily include personal or sensitive information in what you write. Please only provide information you are comfortable storing and processing for the purposes described in this policy.
3. Information about other people
Some features may let you add information about people in your world, relationships or interactions. You are responsible for only providing information that you are permitted to provide. Please avoid entering highly sensitive information about another person unless you have a lawful and appropriate reason to do so.
4. How we use information
- Create, authenticate and maintain your account.
- Provide journaling, Discoveries, Moments, check-ins, compatibility and ME / THEM / US features.
- Generate personalised AI-assisted insights based on information you choose to provide.
- Remember your content and preferences so the service can become more useful over time.
- Manage Free and Platinum access, subscription entitlements and purchase status.
- Provide customer support, respond to feedback and troubleshoot problems.
- Protect the security and integrity of the service, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve FindingMEmore based on aggregated feedback and product learning, where permitted.
5. AI processing
FindingMEmore uses artificial intelligence to help generate reflections, summaries, patterns, prompts and personalised insights. Information you submit to AI-powered features may be sent to AI service providers, such as OpenAI, solely as needed to provide those features. AI output is generated probabilistically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should not treat AI-generated content as professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other regulated advice.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate FindingMEmore, including:
- Supabase or similar infrastructure providers for authentication, databases, storage and backend services.
- OpenAI or other AI service providers for AI-powered features.
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement and purchase-status management.
- Apple and Google where required for app distribution, subscriptions, billing, refunds or store compliance.
- Hosting, security and technical providers that help us operate and protect the service.
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and safety.
We require service providers to handle information in accordance with their contractual and legal obligations. Their own privacy practices may also apply to services they provide.
7. International processing
Some service providers may process or store information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and appropriate safeguards, subject to applicable law.
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include authenticated access, encryption in transit, access controls and secure service providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your login credentials and device access.
9. Data retention and account deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data through the in-app account-deletion option or by contacting us at zeeshan@findingmemore.com.
When an account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law, necessary for legitimate security or dispute purposes, or temporarily remains in secure backup systems until those backups are overwritten through normal retention cycles.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or information about your personal data. You can contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You can also control what you choose to enter into journals, Discoveries, Moments, check-ins and AI features, and you may delete content using available in-app controls.
11. Advertising and tracking
FindingMEmore does not currently sell personal information or use your personal information for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking. If our practices change, we will update this policy and the relevant Apple App Store and Google Play disclosures before or when required.
12. Children
FindingMEmore is intended for users aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account has been created by someone under 18, we may take reasonable steps to restrict or delete that account and associated personal information, subject to applicable law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as FindingMEmore evolves. The updated version will be posted at findingmemore.com/privacy with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we may also provide an in-app or other appropriate notice.
